Right Pay — Strategic Salary Structure

Phase 1 · approx. months 1-3

Review the organization and job levels, build the Master Sheet, analyze current salary distribution, design salary ranges for every level (Min-Midpoint-Max), analyze out-of-range employees, and deliver an adjustment plan plus an Excel tool for HR.

Right Performance — Strategic PMS

Phase 2 · approx. months 3-6

Run executive workshops to define Corporate KPIs, weights, and a 5-level rating scale. Cascade goals from the organization down to departments and positions, design performance review forms for every level, and train the HR team to run the cycle.

Right Role — Smart Job Description

Phase 3 · approx. month 7

Collect and analyze existing job descriptions, design a Smart JD format with business objectives, key responsibilities, related KPIs, and required competencies. Validate with department heads, then deliver with implementation guidance.

How is 3R different from buying the three services separately?

One team designs all three dimensions at the same time, referencing the same position structure and goals. Salary structure, performance management, and job descriptions stay aligned from the start — no retrofitting later — and you never have to re-explain your context to multiple consulting teams.

How long does a 3R engagement take?

Typically around 7 months, in three connected phases — Right Pay, Right Performance, then Right Role — with deliverables handed over in stages. The exact timeline depends on organization size and the number of positions.

What kind of organization is 3R a good fit for?

Organizations that want to build their whole people-management system coherently — especially those that have done some parts separately and found they do not connect, or those scaling up and wanting a complete foundation in one engagement.

If we already have some systems, do we scrap everything?

No. We always start by reviewing what exists. What works is kept; what needs adjusting is adjusted. We do not rebuild from scratch unnecessarily — preserving what already works helps your team adopt the new system.

What if we are not ready to do all three at once?

You can start with a single service — Salary Structure, SPMS, or Smart JD — and build from there. Doing 3R from the start, however, keeps all three dimensions connected without later rework.
