Frequently asked questions
What size of organisation is a good fit for Triple I?
Our core clients are organisations with 30+ employees and annual revenue between 50M and 1,000M THB. For smaller organisations, we will first suggest a scope you can run yourselves.
How long does each engagement take?
Smart JD takes about 6-8 weeks, Salary Structure about 10-12 weeks, SPMS about 12-16 weeks, and the combined Salary + SPMS engagement about 16-20 weeks. The range depends on organisation size and complexity.
Do we need an established HR department before starting?
No, you do not need a full HR department. You do need at least one person responsible for HR-related work to partner with us. If that role does not yet exist, we will help define what is needed in the first project phase.
How do you price your services?
Fees depend on scope, organisation size, and the number of positions analysed. After a free 30-minute call and a preliminary scope review, we send a proposal that details the work, deliverables, and timeline for your consideration.
Do you work on-site or online?
We blend both. Executive interviews and team workshops are usually on-site. Data analysis and interim presentations can be done online.
Can our team operate the system on their own after the project ends?
That is our goal. In every engagement we transfer knowledge and provide playbook documentation so your team can run the next review cycle and tuning rounds independently.
Do you work with Thai companies only, or also foreign companies operating in Thailand?
Both. We deliver in Thai or English, and final deliverables can be produced in either language as needed.
Do you guarantee business outcomes?
We do not guarantee specific business numbers, since outcomes depend on how your leadership team implements the system. We do guarantee the quality of our deliverables and the fit of the system to your context. If the system we design falls short of the agreed scope, we will revise it at no additional cost.
